In order to support students to reflect on and improve their behaviour our system will focus what we ARE: Aspirational, Respectful and Engaged. If a student struggles to meet expectations for these characteristics the teacher will use a reminder, and if this is not sufficient a consequence through class charts. This system will allow students time to learn from their mistakes and be provided with the opportunity to grow. You will be able to see what Consequences your child has received on Arbor. We will use this information to support the development of your child at school. On this page is an explanation of the system and an example of how it might be used.
